【利用許諾契約書（EULA）】
本ソフトウェア（以下「本ソフトウェア」）は、以下の条件に基づき利用を許諾します。本ソフトウェアを使用することで、利用者は本契約書に同意したものとみなします。
■ 第1条（著作権）
本ソフトウェアの著作権は、著作者に帰属します。本ソフトウェアは著作権法その他の法律により保護されており、利用者は著作権者の権利を尊重しなければなりません。
■ 第2条（利用条件）
1. 個人・非営利目的での利用
・無償で利用できます。
・改変や再配布を行う場合は、本契約書を同梱してください。
2. 業務利用・商用利用
・有償(副業と判定されると困るので、しばらくの間は無償で利用可能です)での利用許諾が必要です。
・商用利用を希望される場合は、著作者と別途ライセンス契約を締結してください。(連絡先：https://www.cp9.jp/markdown_editor/bbs/threads/1)
企業、法人、団体、学校、官公庁等における利用
業務上の文書、設計書、報告書、マニュアル等の作成
顧客、取引先、第三者へ提出・配布する文書の作成
有償・無償を問わず、業務・事業活動の一環としての利用
本ソフトウェアを利用した成果物を業務目的で使用する行為
■ 第3条（禁止事項）
次の行為を禁止します。
1. 著作者の許可なく、本ソフトウェアを販売、貸与、サブライセンスすること
2. 商用利用に関して無断で業務に利用すること
3. 著作権表示および本利用許諾契約書を削除すること
■ 第4条（サポートおよび保証）
1. 本ソフトウェアは 「現状有姿（AS IS）」 で提供されます。
2. 個人利用において、サポートや動作保証は行いません。
3. 業務利用・商用利用におけるサポート内容は、別途契約により定めるものとします。
■ 第5条（免責事項）
1. 本ソフトウェアの使用または使用不能により生じたいかなる損害についても、著作権者は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
■ 第6条（契約の変更）
著作者は必要に応じて本契約を変更する場合があります。変更後の契約は公開された時点で効力を持つものとします。
■ 第7条（準拠法）
本契約は日本法に準拠します。

End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement”) governs the
use of this software (hereinafter referred to as the “Software”).
By using the Software, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
Article 1 (Copyright)
The copyright of the Software belongs to the author.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and other applicable laws, and users must
respect the rights of the copyright holder.
Article 2 (Terms of Use)
1. Personal and Non-Commercial Use
The Software may be used free of charge for personal and non-commercial purposes.
If the Software is modified or redistributed, this Agreement must be included with the
distribution.
2. Business or Commercial Use
A paid license is required (to avoid being classified as a side business, it will be
available free of charge for the time being).
If you wish to use the Software for business or commercial purposes, you must enter into a

Business or commercial use includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Use by companies, corporations, organizations, educational institutions, or government
entities
Creation of business-related documents such as specifications, design documents, reports, or
manuals
Creation of documents to be submitted or distributed to customers, business partners, or
third parties
Use as part of business or commercial activities, whether paid or unpaid
Use of outputs generated by the Software for business purposes
Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
The following acts are prohibited:
Selling, renting, or sublicensing the Software without the permission of the author
Using the Software for business or commercial purposes without authorization
Removing or altering copyright notices or this Agreement
Article 4 (Support and Warranty)
The Software is provided “AS IS”, without any warranty of any kind.
No support or warranty is provided for personal use.
Support for business or commercial use shall be defined separately by contract.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The author shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the
Software.
Article 6 (Amendment of the Agreement)
The author may modify this Agreement as necessary.
Any modified version of this Agreement shall become effective at the time it is published.
Article 7 (Governing Law)
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
